How to host Standard Bingo Caller: step-by-step
Everything you need to set up and run a Standard Bingo Caller night, from logging in to crowning the winner. No hosting experience needed.
What you need
- A laptop or computer with Google Chrome (Mac or Windows)
- A TV or projector connected by HDMI, Chromecast or AirPlay (any screen works)
- Internet for the venue (players who join by phone use their own data or the Wi-Fi)
Before the game (about 10 minutes)

Log in
Go to musicbingo.pro/hub.html, enter your host email and password, and open the Bingo Caller.

Pick the game
Choose Standard (1-75) for classic B-I-N-G-O, or Custom Maker to type your own list (at least 25 words or items) for themed bingo like baby showers, holidays or sports.

Make the cards
Print 1, 2 or 4 cards per page with Generate PDF Cards, or click HOST DIGITAL GAME (PHONES) and Show QR on TV so players get a card on their phone.

Open the TV
Click Open TV Screen for a classic flashboard on the venue TV. Optional: paste a Spotify playlist link for background music.
Running the game

Pick the pattern
Choose from 17 patterns: single line, double line, blackout, four corners, letters X, L and T, postage stamp, picture frames, diamonds, kite, six pack, nine pack, cross and diagonal.

Call numbers
Click DRAW NEXT for each ball, or set Auto-Draw to call them on a timer. Every call lights up on the TV flashboard.
Winners and scoring

Check a winner
Click Check, enter the Card ID and click VERIFY CARD. It is checked against the pattern you are playing. Click Reset to start the next game.
Host tips
- Great for fundraisers, senior centers and family nights. Phone cards mean no daubers to buy.
Quick fixes
- TV window closed: click Open TV Screen again.
