How to host Pixel Bingo Pro: step-by-step

Everything you need to set up and run a Pixel Bingo Pro night, from logging in to crowning the winner. No hosting experience needed.

What you need

  • A laptop or computer with Google Chrome (Mac or Windows)
  • A TV or projector connected by HDMI, Chromecast or AirPlay (any screen works)
  • Internet for the venue (players who join by phone use their own data or the Wi-Fi)

Before the game (about 10 minutes)

  1. 1

Go to musicbingo.pro/hub.html, enter your host email and password, and open Pixel Bingo.

  2. 2

    Get a game pack

Click ☁️ Google Drive for ready-made packs, or 🤖 AI AUTO-BUILDER: type a theme (Animals, 90s Nostalgia, Food...) and it writes 75 trivia clues and finds 75 matching pictures. You can also paste your own list or import a file.

  3. 3

    Make the cards

Print with Generate PDF Cards (1 or 2 per page) or click HOST DIGITAL GAME (PHONES) so players scan a QR code for a phone card.

  4. 4

    Open the TV

Click Open TV Screen and put it on the venue TV. Optional: paste a Spotify playlist link for background music.

  5. 5

    Set the timing and voice

Pix(s) is how long the picture takes to come into focus, Clue is when the trivia clue appears, Hold keeps the clear picture up and Ans shows the answer. Turn on Auto-Read and pick an AI voice to read the clues out loud.

Running the game

  1. 6

    Pick the pattern

Single, Double, Blackout or + More.

  2. 7

    Start the reveal

Click START PIXELATION. A heavily pixelated picture slowly sharpens on the TV, a trivia clue appears, and players race to spot it on their cards. Use FORCE REVEAL, PAUSE and STOP as needed.

Winners and scoring

  1. 8

    Check a winner

Click BINGO / WINNER CHECK, enter the Card ID, verify, and switch to the next pattern.

Host tips

  • Picture rounds are great for mixed crowds and families, since nobody needs to know song titles.
  • Theme the pack for the event: holidays, sports teams, the venue's town.

Quick fixes

  • AI packs work best with general things (animals, foods, landmarks). Very specific people or brands may get generic pictures.
