What is music bingo software?
Music bingo software runs a music bingo game for you. Instead of numbers, each bingo square is a song title or artist. The software plays a short clip of each song, shows the title on a TV, makes the bingo cards (printed or on players' phones) and checks winning cards, so a bar, DJ or event host can run the whole night from one laptop.
Music Bingo Pro is browser-based music bingo software from NSB Games, built for bars, breweries, restaurants, DJs and private parties. It runs in Google Chrome on any laptop, puts the game on your venue TV, and lets players join by scanning a QR code or using printed cards.

How to host Music Bingo Pro: step-by-step
Everything you need to set up and run a Music Bingo Pro night, from logging in to crowning the winner. No hosting experience needed.
What you need
- A laptop or computer with Google Chrome (Mac or Windows)
- A TV or projector connected by HDMI, Chromecast or AirPlay (any screen works)
- Internet for the venue (players who join by phone use their own data or the Wi-Fi)
- Venue speakers or a PA plugged into the laptop (aux cable or Bluetooth) and a microphone for the host
Before the game (about 10 minutes)

Log in
Go to musicbingo.pro/hub.html, enter your host email and password, and open Music Bingo Pro. First time? Say yes to the quick welcome walkthrough.

Download a game
Click ☁️ CLOUD LIBRARY, search the 270+ ready-made playlists (or type a vibe like "upbeat patio party" into the theme finder) and click DOWNLOAD PACK. Prefer your own music? Use + ADD FOLDER to load a folder of MP3s. Downloaded games stay saved in your browser, so you can even host without internet.

Choose paper cards, phone cards or both
For paper, set the font size, 1 or 2 cards per page and how many pages, tick "Free Space" if you want it, then click Generate PDF Cards and print. For phones, click HOST DIGITAL GAME (PHONES) and SHOW ON TV: players scan the QR code and get a card on their phone. Phone and paper cards share the same Card ID numbers, so you can mix them.

Put it on the TV
Click OPEN TV SCREEN, drag the new window onto the venue TV and make it full screen. Add your venue name under Ticket & TV Branding and pick a look with CHANGE TV BACKGROUND.

Set the song timing
Under Player Controls: Start(s) is where each song starts (skip slow intros), Play(s) is how long each song plays (30-45 seconds works well), Reveal(s) is when the title appears on the TV, plus fade in/out. Tick AUTO-PLAY NEXT SONG to run hands-free.
Running the game

Pick the pattern
Click SINGLE BINGO, DOUBLE BINGO or BLACKOUT, or open + MORE for Letter X, L, T, 4 Corners or Postage Stamp. Announce the pattern and the prize.

Press play
Hit PLAY / PAUSE. Each song plays and its title pops up on the TV after your reveal time. NEXT SONG >> skips ahead, TALKOVER drops the music so you can talk on the mic, and STOP / RESET ends the round.

Walk the room with the remote
Click HOST REMOTE (PHONE) and scan the QR code with your phone. Now you can play, pause, skip and check cards from anywhere in the bar.
Winners and scoring

Check a winner
When someone shouts BINGO (or taps I HAVE BINGO! on their phone), click BINGO / WINNER CHECK, type their Card ID and click VERIFY CARD. The TV shows their card with every song that has played, so the room sees it is legit.

Next round
Advance to the next pattern (single → double → blackout) or click Cancel / Continue Round if it was a false alarm.
Host tips
- A great night is 3 rounds (single line, double line, blackout), about 15-20 minutes each.
- Shorter clips (30 seconds) keep the energy up; read the song title on the mic for people who missed it.
- Leave the QR code on the TV during breaks so late arrivals can join.
- Give away small prizes each round and a bigger one for the blackout. Drink specials during the game work great.
Quick fixes
- TV went blank: click OPEN TV SCREEN again.
- A download stalls or the app gets slow: delete old games. The browser stores about 8 full games at a time.
- Use Google Chrome for the smoothest playback.
